Event Preparations
Continued storage arrangement for OBOA Office. 7am -12am (Meeting Room N/A)
On this day: Preparation Events to consider | Exhibitor Tradeshow, Ice Breaker Reception, and Registration.
-Connect scanners to wifi, place in credit rooms, and two in opening ceremonies. (power required)
-Set up the Stage for Opening Ceremonies. Meet with AV if any video is required and check with others.
-Pull-up promotion banners in the main event room to be positioned around for attendees to see.
-Stage Banner (if doing, hang behind as a back drape to the stage).
-Podium banner, hang on the podium for delegates to see.
-Gavel on the podium to open the event. Big Hammer.
-Gavel on the podium for AGM. Small Hammer
-Flags from left to right behind the podium in front of the backdrop, CAN - US - ON - OBOA.

Ballroom will be set up with raised stage and backdrop, podium, mic, and Standard room seating for 350 in banquet rounds of 10 from Monday to Wednesday, reserved table for 14 for Monday AM and Tues AM only. Remove after Opening ceremonies and after AGM.
