Energy Efficiency Checklists for Part 3 Buildings and Part 9 Non-Residential Buildings

The following checklists were created by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs to help building designers and building officials to meet the energy efficiency requirements of the Building Code.

The checklists can be used for the design of all buildings other than Part 9 residential buildings. They reflect the requirements of Ontario’s Building Code (Ontario Regulation 332/12) and Divisions 3 and 5 of the Ministry’s Supplementary Standard SB-10.
