City of Toronto's Residential Infill Strategy
The construction of residential homes in established neighborhoods often presents a number of challenges for residents and builders. Toronto Building developed and implemented a strategy to address these challenges which is resulting in a more proactive enforcement approach for the City. This presentation will provide an overview of the strategy and the results since it was implemented in 2017.
