On September 21st, 2015, the three organizations signed an agreement to finalize a joint website. I understand that each of you has been informed by your respective executives about the web merger. A final step in completing the merger is to clarify the ongoing content management responsibilities of several people, including yourselves. We would like to arrange a half day meeting in the near future to coordinate this assignment of duties.
